(If you attend storytime at the library at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, you can also make a sleep mask for your stuffed animal. HTY at the library
Honolulu Theatre for Youth will present a free production of “Sparkle” 5:30 pm. Nov. 1 at Mililani Public Library and 3 p.m. Nov. 13 at Nanakuli Public Library. The 30-minute play tells a message about standing up for who you are.
Here a pumpkin party, there a pumpkin party

Harry Potter mania
Harry Potter has inspired countless children to tackle thick chapter books. The libraries celebrate the young wizard with several events this week.
On Oct. 22, the Kaneohe Library is hosting a free Potter-themed escape room at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. for kids in grades 2-6. Call 233-5676 to register. Then on Oct. 24, it’s the teens’ turn at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. again for kids in grades 7-10.

Everyone could use some Sparkle

Mini Comic Con
