We finally tried the Mauna Kea Mist ($5.95) from Da Snack Shack at Pearlridge Center. The airy balls don’t taste like much but it sure is fun to eat. They are barely sweet but with a choice of dipping sauce that isn’t tasty enough to justify its mist-blocking properties. Also available at the newly opened Japan Village Walk kiosk.
