From noon to 4 p.m. Oct. 20, Sea Life Park will feature admission of $13.01 (Halloween’s date backwards) and feature trick-or-treating, an underwater pumpkin-carving competition and show “Legends of the Sea: Beware the Creature of Debris.” There will also be a costume contest so dress the keiki in their Halloween gear.
